This multi-effect pedal contains components of renowned Roland products that have defined the previous generation of guitar synths.
GR-55S: Packed with Effects
The two independent PCM synthesizer processors of the GR-55S-BK feature more than 900 sounds. These processors can send out their sounds separately, but also simultaneously whileCOSM modelling technology allows you to apply internal effects to your own guitar sound, adding, for instance, a piano or a bass guitar sound. The wide range of samples enables you to create and produce the most outrageous sounds with your guitar. The GR-55S-BK is equipped with Hi-Speed Tracking, meaning that the COSM technology has an ultra-fast response to your playing. The life-like and direct result will astound you.

Quick, accurate and stylish: those are the keywords for this guitar synthesizer. Roland's GR-55S-BK offers a true plethora of possibilities. It offers 270 standard presets and no less than 297 user presets. Regardless of your preferred music genre, you'll always find the right sound. The GR55SBK has a well-organised design and is easy to use. To complete the picture, Roland have fitted the guitar synth with a MIDI and USB input, enabling you to load the audio files on your PC into the GR-55S-BK and to control them with your feet. Helaas gebruik ik 'm nu niet meer, ben weer terug naar m'n oude vertrouwde Boss pedalen.

Acheté depuis peu, je n'ai fait qu'un tour d'horizon rapise des possibilités qui ont l'air immenses. Fonctionne parfaitement avec ma Godin Multiac. Avantage aussi de pouvoir insérer d'autres patchs et sons avec le logiciel dédié GK-55 Floorboard, en allant sur les forums. De quoi ouvrir pleins d'horizons musicaux.
Ce n'est pas un clavier synthé, donc certains patchs sont plus délicats à rendre que d'autres mais dans l'ensemble c'est satisfaisant.
